FAQs

"Do you accept returns?"

  • No. All sales are final. No refunds are accepted, and no returns will be accepted. However, if there are items with significant factory defects, we will accept exchanges for store credit within 48 hours of receiving the order.

"Do we ship internationally?"

  • Yes. The customer is required to pay for all shipping and customs expenses.

"When will my order arrive?"

  • Please allow up to 5-10 days for processing and shipping. And an additional 2-3 days for delivery. (International orders may take up to 3 weeks or longer depending on destination.)

"What if my order is not delivered or lost in transit?"

  • Once parcels are collected from our studio, they are then property of the respective shipping partner. (ie: USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc.) We are legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please ensure shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required.
